The HR Loader is an excel based tool that allows users to validate and update HR data into their your SAP systems. This is a huge time saver especially when performing initial data loads or repetitive tasks.

1. Create the worksheet for a specific infotype.
2. Define the fields of that infotype or extract the metadata of that infotype from an existing SAP system.
3. Populate the worksheet with valid data.
4. Run in simulate mode. Errors will be returned from SAP. Check and repeat.
5. Run in load mode.
